DEADLINES & SUBMISSION DETAILS For General Postings To The Member News Page:
TheCommunityGuide.net will email a monthly reminder notice to those on our
E-Newsletter recipient list, to extend the opportunity to those who might wish to take advantage of submitting an announcement for the next monthly Online/E-Newsletter.This is a fee-based or advertiser-only opportunity.
• Announcements should be submitted via email in paragraph form (text only - no jpgs, pdfs, images), generally by the 18th of the month, for inclusion in the next month's Member News. (Note: Deadline dates may occasionally change.)
• The size of the submission cannot exceed what would be equivalent to one printed page in standard size font, otherwise additional fees will apply.
• Include a title for the announcement, preferably not to exceed 8 words, which will become the headline link for the announcement.
• Include your contact information so others can reach you.
• Include the category that you wish to be included under, based on the current category headers, or let us determine the best category to include it under.

Real Estate Property Listings are currently included under the Real Estate category header of the Online Member News page, which stays up online for about a month. See below for additional coverage.
RATES For Posting REAL ESTATE PROPERTY LISTINGS:
• The fee to include property listings in the Online Member News Page is
$5 per property listings per monthly edition. See below for submission details.
• To also include an image along with the property listing, is at an additional $10/image per edition.

SUBMISSIONS:
Real Estate Property Listings should be submitted generally by the 18th of the month, in TEXT paragraph form like a newspaper classified listing (no pdfs, jpgs).
It is important to include the TOWN LOCATION, TYPE OF LISTING ( (i.e., House for Sale, Apartment for Rent, Commercial Listings, etc.), and DESCRIPTION, with any links, contact information, price, etc. Listings are included alphabetically by Town.
Images should be submitted as a jpg or gif, no larger than 200 pixels x 100 pixels, 72dpi, rgb color, optimized for the web.
